Bean Group, the New England-based independent brokerage, has made the jump to eXp Realty. She is the first brokerage to join eXp Realty through Boost, eXp’s recently launched brokerage incentive program.
Launched in June, the Boost program offers a simplified incentive model. By joining eXp Realty, new brokers can immediately realize the benefits of partnership, including equity capital, elimination of overhead costs, minimized brokerage risk and liability, access to brokerage support and operations, agent support and services, revenue sharing opportunities and more.
Open to any independent team and brokerage that is “culturally aligned” with eXp Realty, has 50+ agents and a minimum of $100 million (US/CAN) in home country sales volume during the fiscal period of the previous 12 months. said the brokerage.

According to the most recent RealTrends 500 Brokerage Rating, Bean Group recorded a sales volume of $1.78 billion in 2022 across 4,016 transaction sides. Last year she ranked as the 184th largest runner in the United States. The team has 24 offices in New England.
The combined market share of Bean Group and eXp Realty puts eXp in third place by market share in New Hampshire and second in Maine, up from fifth and third place, respectively.
